Closer To The Truth Than We Care To Admit
Apparently, a Bavarian proposes marriage to last only 7 years. While I think this proposal has some serious problems, the idea is very interesting.
Marriage requires constant attention, or it doesn't work. The idea that a couple needs to renew their marriage makes perfect sense and is probably an excellent idea. Having the state stick their nose in the whole affair isn't the best approach though.
